Who delivers the work?
DO Innovations handles the IP work. Hayanezu, the brand and web studio of DO Innovations SA, delivers the branding and website work within the coordinated project.
Can I choose just branding, a website or IP support?
Yes. Name & Logo Creation, Business Websites and IP services can be commissioned separately. We can also work with an identity or website you already have.
Does the package guarantee trademark registration?
No. Availability checks help assess risk; filing is an application, not a guarantee of registration. The relevant IP office examines the application, and third-party rights may affect the outcome. We explain the scope and next steps for your case.
What happens to the website and design files?
Source files and access are handed over. Applicable rights are assigned as agreed in the contract; any third-party assets remain subject to their licences. Hosting and domain arrangements are confirmed during scoping.
What about timing, content and additional languages?
We agree the timetable, page scope, content responsibilities, languages, hosting and any additional work before starting. Trademark registration follows its own process and does not have to share the website’s launch date.
