About us

Mission

One Swiss partner for all your IP needs

Our team

DO Innovations SA is a Swiss IP boutique based in Lausanne, founded in 2015. We guide clients through every stage of the intellectual property lifecycle - from identification and registration to portfolio management, enforcement, and monetization - with particular expertise in trademarks and copyright, and support across all IP categories through our global network of trusted partners.

Our team is multicultural and multidisciplinary, bringing together professionals from diverse academic and professional backgrounds who collectively speak nearly 10 languages. This diversity is a deliberate strength: it allows us to bridge not only legal systems but also the communication styles, negotiation practices, and strategic priorities that shape business across regions.

We work worldwide, with deep experience in innovation-driven sectors including information technology, artificial intelligence, automotive, and renewable energy. We regularly represent clients before the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations (UANIPIO). Our firm is included in the official list of professional trademark representatives maintained by the IPI.

Our vision is to serve as a bridge across borders and jurisdictions - a two-way connection that helps clients in both directions protect, enforce, and expand their rights worldwide. Anchored in Switzerland’s neutrality, central location, and proximity to WIPO and the WTO in Geneva, we combine legal expertise with strategic insight and cultural fluency to act as long-term partners in turning IP into a driver of international growth.
