Our team

Credentials and experience

DO Innovations SA is a Swiss IP boutique based in Lausanne, founded in 2015. We guide clients through every stage of the intellectual property lifecycle - from clearance and filing through portfolio management to enforcement and licensing - with particular expertise in trademarks and copyright, and support across all IP categories through our global network of trusted partners.

Our team is multicultural and multidisciplinary, bringing together professionals from diverse academic and professional backgrounds who collectively speak seven languages. We work in French, German, English, Ukrainian, Russian, Italian and Polish, which matters when the other side's counsel does not work in yours.

We work worldwide, with deep experience in innovation-driven sectors including information technology, artificial intelligence, automotive, and renewable energy. We regularly represent clients before the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations (UANIPIO). Our firm is included in the official list of professional trademark representatives maintained by the IPI.

We act for Swiss and EU clients moving east, and for Ukrainian and Central Asian clients moving west. The Kyiv office is ours, not a correspondent. Being in Switzerland puts us an hour from WIPO and the WTO in Geneva, which is where a good deal of this work is decided.
