We build static websites: every page is a ready-made file, with no content system or database behind it.
That one choice buys most of what a business actually wants from a website. Speed: pages load in a blink, and search engines reward it. Security: without a CMS or plugins, there are fewer components to maintain and fewer potential points of attack. Every site ships with HTTPS and strict security headers configured at launch. Economy: a static site runs on simple hosting for a few francs a month and shrugs off traffic spikes. Longevity: the files will work unchanged in ten years.
And because we are an IP firm first, the web work comes with the checks others skip: the domain aligned with your trademarks, the name and logo cleared before they appear on the homepage, and every file handed over at the end: your website, owned outright.

You contract the hosting, not us. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, and every source file is handed over at the end. If you decide to work with someone else in two years, nothing has to be extracted from us first, which is not how most website engagements are arranged, and is deliberate.

Business websites - common questions
Why static and not WordPress?
Because most of what goes wrong with a small business website is maintenance. A static site has no plugins to update, no database to corrupt and no admin login to compromise; it loads faster, costs less to host and survives traffic spikes. The trade-off is that you do not edit it yourself: for a site that changes a few times a year, that is usually the better deal.
How do I update the content?
You send us the changes and we make them. Small text and image updates are quick, predictable jobs. If you expect to be publishing weekly, say so at the outset: that is a different brief, and we will tell you honestly if a static build is the wrong answer for it.
Do you host the site?
No, by design. You contract the hosting directly (Infomaniak and SwissCenter are the Swiss providers we most often deploy to), so the account, the domain and the files are all in your name. It keeps your costs transparent and means you are never locked to us.
Can the site be in more than one language?
Yes, and it is a normal part of what we build rather than an extra. Multilingual sites need correct hreflang annotations, per-language metadata and a URL structure search engines can follow: done properly at build time, this is straightforward; retrofitted later, it rarely is. The base package covers one language and further languages are quoted per site.
